Arriving By Car

From Denver, it’s a leisurely three-hour, 165-mile drive through some of America’s most stunning scenery. Take I-70 West to Silverthorne; from Silverthorne to Kremmling take Colorado 9, then U.S. 40 west from Kremmling, over Rabbit Ears Pass to Steamboat Springs. Take Highway 40 into Steamboat Springs. When you arrive into Steamboat, take the Mt. Werner exit. At the end of the off ramp, take a right if you are traveling from the East and a left if you are traveling from the West. This brings you onto Mt. Werner Road. Follow this road up to the mini roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first right onto Après Ski Way. Take the first left and come to the end of the driveway, this is One Steamboat Place.

There's no mountain destination so consistently accessible and so worth the journey.
