The adhesives, sealants, paints and finishes are low in volatile organic compounds (VOCs). These low-VOC products fill the interiors with charm and character while reducing indoor air contaminants. All wood products are free of harmful chemicals, so they highlight a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces without damaging the air.

Building infrastructures are made from steel beams and copper piping that contain recycled metals, which conserve resources and reduce costs. Everywhere on the property you’ll see reclaimed timbers, cut stone and weathered metals that make great use of existing materials, while filling One Steamboat Place with the rich and invigorating essence of the Old West.
