The Timbers Collection is a joint venture between Timbers Resorts of Carbondale, Colorado, and SV Capital of Denver, Colorado.

One Steamboat Place will join the Timbers Collection alongside The Rocks Luxury Residence Club in Scottsdale, Arizona; Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; The Timbers Club at Snowmass in Colorado;  Castello di Casole in Tuscany, Italy; and The Preserve at Botany Bay in the US Virgin Islands.
