dining

One Steamboat Place will debut with a divine restaurant, the Truffle Pig, a contemporary slopeside masterpiece for every season.

With indoor and outdoor seating, a bar and a private owners’ dining room, the Truffle Pig will be the premier spot for lunch, dinner and après-ski fare. The menu features casually elegant cuisine. Enjoy a garden-fresh salad on a lazy summer afternoon. Indulge in a succulent soup after a day fly-fishing and gazing at the changing leaves of fall. In the winter, enjoy a savory steak and glass of red wine by the fire. And come spring, dine outdoors in the crisp air as you scour the mountain for the first hints of green.

There is also a finely appointed cellar tasting room where owners can gather to enjoy treasured vintages. And of course, there’s always the option to stay in with the kids, have a meal catered, and dine at home.
